Hayden is the founder and Principal of HW+ Consulting, with over ten years of experience in the construction and development industries. He has been actively involved in numerous types of projects ranging from residential, institutional, commercial projects, and more.

Hayden has spent the early years of his Quantity Surveying career working in both the private and public sectors in Hong Kong. And in recent years, he has worked as a Cost Consultant in Toronto, Canada, specializing in Cost Estimating and Planning, and Loan Monitoring. He has gained the proper skills and knowledge necessary to assess and manage different construction projects from start to finish.

Hayden is also an active member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He enjoys collaborating with lenders and developers to bring the best outcomes for his clients. He often comes up with creative yet practical solutions to manage client risk and add value to their construction projects.
